Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the shower filter or beauty products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
